THE LIVE SETLISTS

HOW IT WORKS

Everything you can do on The Live Setlists.

Shared Track Library

All tracks live in a shared catalogue. When you add a song to any setlist, it is either matched to an existing entry or created as a new one. Track details — BPM, duration, key, and streaming links — are enriched automatically from Deezer when available. Anyone can suggest corrections; an admin reviews and applies them.

  • Search by title or artist in the Tracks catalogue.
  • Click any track to see its details and the setlists it appears in.
  • Use the override fields on a setlist to note a track's specific key or tempo for that show.

Creating a Setlist

Hit New and give your setlist a name. Every setlist starts private — only you (and invited collaborators) can see it. When you're ready to share it with the world, flip it to Public on the edit page.

  • Add an optional date, venue, and cover image.
  • Add tracks by searching the catalogue or typing a new title.
  • Drag rows to reorder the running order.
  • Add per-track notes (key, capo, cue, etc.) visible only on that setlist.

Collaborate With Your Band

Invite band members to a setlist so everyone works on the same list. Collaborators can add or remove tracks, change the order, and leave per-track notes — perfect for rehearsal prep.

  • Open the setlist, go to Collaborators and paste an email address.
  • The invite is sent by email; once accepted the setlist appears in their My Setlists.
  • The owner can remove collaborators at any time.
  • Private setlists remain invisible to the public even after collaboration.

Vote for Tracks

Unsure which tracks to play at your next rehearsal or show? Let the band vote. Each collaborator can upvote tracks in the shared setlist. The running order can then be sorted by vote count to surface the crowd favourites.

  • Voting is available to all collaborators and the owner.
  • One vote per person per track.
  • Results are live — no need to refresh.

Record a Concert Setlist

Just saw your favourite band live? Create a public setlist to preserve the memory and share it with other fans. Set the artist, venue, date, and add every song in order — with a concert photo if you have one.

  • Public setlists appear in the Public Setlists feed for everyone to browse.
  • Other fans can save them to their own collection.
  • Great for covering tours, festivals, and one-off shows.

Advertise an Upcoming Gig

Announce your next show before it happens. Create a public setlist with a future date, add the planned tracks, and share the link on social media or in your bio. Fans can follow the list and see the final running order after the gig.

  • Set the date to a future date to mark it as an upcoming show.
  • Update the list right up until stage time.
  • After the show, the same URL becomes your official setlist archive.
